Look, we love spontaneous hair magic as much as you do — surprise transformations are our jam. But here’s how it works:

✨ Walk-ins are welcome… …only when we’ve got room to actually do your hair. If we’re booked solid (spoiler: we usually are), we might ask you to chill on the couch or schedule an appointment.

📅 Appointments get VIP treatment. Want a guaranteed seat in the salon throne? Book it. When you lock in an appointment, you lock in the time, the stylist, and zero guessing games. That’s the good life.

⏰ Walk-ins = we try our best. We’ll always do our best to fit you in, but:

Appointments go first.

Walk-ins only get love if we have a cushion in the schedule.

If we’re slammed, you might be asked to book the next open slot.
