Salon policies

  A booking fee of 50% of your service for any chemical or extension service may be charged upon scheduling online or in person, depending on the stylist. This will be deducted  from your total appointment charge. If you don't  want a card on file, you are more than welcome to stop by and pay your booking fee in person 

 Your 50% booking fee will be forfeited  if you miss your appointment without proper notice or reschedule without  24 hours notice.

A 15 minute  grace period is allowed, after 15 minutes  you'll forfeit your deposit  and need to reschedule  with a new booking fee.

If you are more than 15 minutes  late 2 times in a row we will refuse further appointments  and you'll be placed on a walk-in  only basis. 

Please understand, our business runs on very tight appointments.  When an appointment time is missed or suddenly vacated we have no way to make up that lost income.

Documented emergency reschedules or no-shows will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Our shop is fairly small and cozy. There are sharp items and chemicals that can hurt little ones if not intensely supervised. Therefore, we ask that children only accompany you if they are also receiving a service. This will help keep our small environment  relaxed and safe.

If any person with an appointment is not feeling well,  please reschedule. We understand illnesses happen and we don't want to get sick either. 

Lastly, please bring jokes!  We love to laugh and have fun,😁  singing is totally fine during  your appointment  if you wish, but we ask that dancing wait until your services is complete....  ( no crooked hair please) 🤣
