Why Do We Charge a Booking Fee?

3. Installation is a Skilled Art – Whether it’s tape-ins, hand-tied wefts, keratin bonds, or another method, installing extensions properly requires precision and expensive and extensive training. Badly done extensions? Yeah, they’ll rip your hair out. No thanks.

Walk-Ins Welcome… When We Can!

We love spontaneous hair decisions, but appointments always come first! Here’s how it works:

If we have time, we’re happy to take walk-ins. But if we’re booked solid, we gotta give priority to those who scheduled ahead.

Want to guarantee a spot? Booking an appointment is the way to go. That way, you’re not waiting around, hoping for an opening.

If you walk in and we’re swamped, we’ll do our best to fit you in—or help you schedule for the next available time.


Basically, we’re here for you, but appointments = VIP treatment. Walk-ins = lucky timing!

To Wash or Not to Wash Before Color?

Here’s the deal: Clean hair is good, too clean is not.

Wash your hair 24-48 hours before your appointment – This keeps your scalp fresh but still lets your natural oils do their thing.

Don’t wash it the day of – Freshly scrubbed scalps can be more sensitive, especially with lightening services. Those natural oils help protect your skin during the process.

But also… don’t show up with a week’s worth of dry shampoo and buildup – If your hair is too dirty, the color may not take evenly.


So, think “clean but not squeaky clean.” A little oil is good—grease from last weekend’s hair marathon, not so much!

Oh, absolutely! We’re all about making everyone look their best—whether it’s a sharp fade, a stylish trim, or a cute cut for your little one. And don’t worry, we’re great with kids who actually sit still (no wriggling required).

We know some salons might specialize in just one group, but here? We’re happy to welcome all ages and all hair types—because everyone deserves to look amazing!

Why Are Hair Services Non-Refundable?

Because hair isn’t a sweater—you can’t return it if you change your mind! Here’s why all sales are final:

Time & Product Are Already Used – Once a service is done, the time, expertise, and products can’t be undone or put back on the shelf.

We Offer Consultations for a Reason – We take the time to discuss your goals, explain the process, and make sure we’re on the same page before we even start.

Adjustments? Yes. Refunds? No. – If something isn’t quite right, let us know within a reasonable time, and we’ll work with you to make adjustments. But full refunds aren’t possible.

Hair is a Journey – Some transformations take multiple sessions, especially with color corrections. We set realistic expectations from the start, so there are no surprises.


At the end of the day, we’re committed to making sure you love your hair—but all services are final sale. If you have any concerns, talk to us! We’d rather tweak things than have you unhappy.

Chargebacks on Hair Services? Big Mistake. Huge!

Let’s be real—doing a chargeback after receiving a hair service is theft, plain and simple. Here’s why:

You received the service, and the time, effort, and products were used – Just like you can’t eat at a restaurant and demand a refund after finishing your meal, you can’t dispute a hair service you already got.

Chargebacks hurt small businesses – We’re not a massive corporation with endless resources. When someone files a false dispute, it directly affects our livelihood and our credit card processors can drop us.

It’s fraud, and we fight it – If a chargeback is filed, we will file a police report for theft of service, we will provide proof of the service, including photos, consultation notes,  and payment agreements. Banks don’t take kindly to chargeback abuse, and it can even result in being flagged by your financial institution.

Immediate consequences – Anyone who files a chargeback will be permanently banned from booking future services. If necessary, we will also pursue legal action to recover lost funds.


If there’s ever an issue with your service, just talk to us! We’re happy to work with you to make things right—but filing a chargeback is a one-way ticket to being blacklisted.


 

Yes! Salon products are more concentrated and have higher-quality ingredients, which means they nourish and protect your hair more effectively. We only use top-notch products that provide lasting results. 

I mean, would you go out and buy a Ferrari and put Pennzoil in the engine?

We love little ones, but for safety and relaxation reasons, we ask that you don’t bring children unless they have an appointment. Hot tools, sharp scissors, and chemical services don’t mix well with wandering hands!

Life happens! If you’re running late, give us a heads-up. If you’re more than 10-15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule, as we don’t want to rush your hair or throw off the schedule for others.
