We offer a wide range of hair services including haircuts, hair color, highlights, vivid colors, premium extensions, dread lock extensions, perms and keratin smoothing treatments.
Not every stylist does every service, ex: Ralyn is the only stylist who does perms.

However, a stylist is usally in the salon from 9 am until 7 pm

Yes. All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to reserve your spot.

Yes—and for major color or extensions, they’re required. We love when people schedule consultations before taking on a major transformation. It helps us get to know you and understand your game plan so we can execute it flawlessly.
Pricing varies based on your hair's length, density, condition, goals, and time required. Most major services are an investment—not a quick fix. If you would like a more accurate price than just our "starting at prices" please schedule a consultation.
We completely understand that childcare isn’t always easy—but for safety and liability reasons, children who are not receiving a service should not attend appointments. Our services involve chemicals, sharp tools, and long processing times, and we want to ensure a safe, relaxed and focused environment for everyone. If you arrive with a child, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Rarely. We are typically booked in advance. If a spot opens, it’s first come, first served.
Each stylist does have a wait list available so you can always call and ask to be placed on a waitlist, and if an opening becomes available you will be notified via text.
We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, your booking fee is forfeited and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Occasionally, we may still be able to do most of the service but you may have to forego a cut or blowdry so that we aren't running into our next appointment.
Space is limited—please limit guests to only one or come solo.
The only discount we offer is for military and First Responders.
